Lunchtime Supervisor - Fixed Term
Required for September 2021 until December 2021

The Governors are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor working within our Pre School setting for one hour per day 12pm to 1:00pm, 3 days per week from 2nd September 2021 to 17th December 2021.

  • Will support the Catholic ethos of the school.
  • Will supervise the children eating their lunch and in-play activities, organising activities and equipment as required.
  • Will proactively organise first aid treatment, obtaining assistance from Qualified First Aid staff where applicable, issuing first-aid notes/stickers and contacting parents as required.
  • This role reports to the Senior Lunchtime Supervisor and will receive daily briefing and instructions to ensure the smooth operation of the lunchtime break within school.

Traineeship Course - Teaching Assistant
Required for June 2021

A traineeship is a course with work experience that gets you ready for work or an apprenticeship.

You can apply if you’re:

  • eligible to work in England
  • unemployed and have little or no work experience
  • aged 19 to 24 and qualified up to and including Level 3 (equivalent to A Level)

You’ll receive:

  • help with getting work, such as writing a CV and finding a job
  • a work placement of 70 hours or more- you could include here the roles that you are offering for work experience
  • help with the skills you’ll need for an apprenticeship or job in the area you want to work in
  • a job interview or feedback from an employer
  • help with English, maths and basic digital skills (if you need it)
